ACES
If you are a LHA graduate looking for continued peer connections, a trusted professional network, accountability, encouragement, and support – then ACES is for you! The Alumni Circle Enrichment Series is designed for graduates of LHA’s Community Leadership Series or Executive Leadership Series to strengthen your leadership and increase your community impact. While most peer groups or peer counsels are reserved for business owners and C-suite executives, ACES is open to all LHA alumni and provides a diverse mix of corporate, public, and non profit participation. Membership is industry-exclusive so that small groups avoid duplication and protect confidentiality. ACES groups meet monthly and focus on goals, purpose, dreams, and legacy.
“ACES is a perfect perpetuation of the robust and valuable Community Leadership Series and Executive Leadership Series, no matter when you participated. ACES helped me become more grateful and purpose driven as a servant leader within my organization.”
Mike McHenry, CLS 2019, Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Ainsworth Inc.

Because of Aces, I found the confidence to take my career to the next level. The peer review was critical and since then I haven't looked back! I owe a lot to ACES and Leadership Harrisburg Area!
Justin Leader, ELS 2016, President & Founding Partner, Benefits DNA
ACES has given me the opportunity to fine tune my personal statement of purpose. It has also given me a safe space to open up and become vulnerable. ACES is not all business. It’s connection. It’s allowing yourself to be human in front of a diverse group of peers.
MaryAnne Reynolds, CLS 2014, Partner, GIFT CPAs
The best thing about ACES has been the lasting relationships. Being able to share challenges, ask questions in a confidential circle, and receive unbiased feedback is a uniquely Leadership Harrisburg Area experience! ACES has helped me build confidence and grow not only as a person but in my professional life too.
Kim McBride, CLS 2012, Associate Relationship Manager, Atlantic Community Bankers Bank

The ACES series provided a platform for diverse perspectives, networking and collaboration. The interactive nature of the cohort encouraged meaningful connections, and fostered a supportive learning community. Aces had a positive impact on my personal and professional growth. It equipped me with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to advance my career, pursue new opportunities, and enhanced my overall understanding of servant leadership.
